YOUR LISTENING SESSION

First Steps

YouTube connects only after you enable it and start a session. Automatic playback cannot guarantee that YouTube’s title stays out of view. Layout walkthrough: no YouTube, no score.

How this listening game works
  1. Enable YouTube and start a session. With automatic playback selected, each visible round starts as soon as the player is ready; otherwise press Play. Hear a timed segment from a Django performance. The player is separated from the answers; its video title, artwork and normal controls remain visible.
  2. Choose a tune whenever you’re ready. There is no countdown for answering.
  3. With continuous rounds selected, answering moves straight to the next tune and leaves your previous result beside the choices. Turn it off to inspect each full reveal. All tune illustrations and guide links remain in the session review.
  4. Review your results, practise missed tunes, or try a different level.

This listening library has 434 distinct tunes: 79 preferred passages from the existing six compilations and 355 ordinary Django videos from the guides’ earlier artist-channel selection. Easier levels use smaller popularity-ranked pools; Unreal searches all eligible tunes. Titles and artwork can reveal answers: this is an honour-system learning game. Source identities and embedding status were checked against current YouTube metadata; ordinary videos have not all received a fresh listening audition, and exact historical takes are not inferred. Availability varies by territory. Videos may carry ads or stop working; skip an unavailable source without losing a point. No music is downloaded, extracted or uploaded.
